Life Lessons (From A Little Car)

Before this, his life was so different.

A young millionaire was driving around in his brand new luxury SUV and stopped at a red light in Jakarta. As he was waiting for the light to turn green, he looked around to his neighboring cars and saw this little car. He noticed that there is a young family in it and he thought they would look at what he was driving and be filled with amazement.
That moment never happened - they were laughing and playing together as a family and nothing outside of that car really mattered to them. Disappointment overcomes him.

Then, he realized “That’s a really happy family right there.”

This was one of the many triggers that made the man realize that his material things did not give him real happiness. Years later, he does not have any fancy cars anymore, but he owns the same small car that he saw that night. Perhaps as a constant reminder about what is important in life.
