ABOUT THE FILM

Commissioned by The Andalucia, Kenton Nelson, Niclas Hjelm, and Frank Gallagher created this beautiful public art honoring the history and the famous actors originated from The Pasadena Playhouse.

Months in the making, comprised of over 180,000 glass tiles and over 1000 manhours, the result is stunning.
This long documentation process began in Kenton’s studio, where the crew created the 12-inch square mosaic tiles, and continued through the five days of installation.
